Naked Flames returns to 2021 yet again with another offering of fluid feeling and upbeat emotion with his 'An Evening of Certainty' EP. Adding another jewel to the No Agreements catalogue is a certain fact.

An Evening begins with subtle atmosphere that eloquently comes to life. More on the ambient side of the mood spectrum, and near void of any attachment to rhythmic movement that we have come to expect from Naked Flames, the title track introduces the listener to what can only be known as sensory deprivation sounds - submerged without any physical sensation the head space captured is pure consciousness existing within itself. As the project moves on so does the pace of the material within the ether. 'Certain Dub' lays the foundation and groove for Naked Flames to come to life. Cheerful and restless basslines thrust the EP forward as swells of sonic bliss breathe to life in the most jovial of ways. 'Fun' music usually gets thrown under the bus as being trivial and unnecessary, but when done well it can be just as useful as introspective works - a necessity for the psyche.

Sounds of nature, especially those reminiscent of blossoming rain forests, play a key role An Evening of Certainty's atmosphere. Like the majority of Naked Flame's material it satiates a physical yearning and elevates mental tranquility. The mechanical groove behind the serene, cleansing atmosphere creates a dichotomy between the organic world and the heavily manipulated, technological world.
