The bands second studio album comes in the shape of a well-balanced - silly yet serious - 37-minute freak out. It's post-punk of a manic demeanour. Twisted in stance. Bent by obscurity. Like a tree in the wind. Out of regular pattern. Crazed under the weight of a heavy and always expectant mind. Living life in closed off, open spaces - what's real and imaginary is separated by very fine lines. On the edge of a breakdown at all times, stressed under the weight of self doubt - the tantrums tighten. Over-exposure to this kind of state does detrimental damage to the mental shelf. The objects on said shelf begin to slip and slide off. Whistles begin to blow their own tunes in the most annoying and unnecessary of ways - face it, you're going farcking mad.

The stupidly smart jingle-jangle of Stuck comes off as dumb, but is always two steps ahead. At times jarring, at other times smoothly snaking, the guitar work breaks its own mold time and time again - breaking free through freakouts being a common means in these parts. Freak Frequency is about as crazed and unpredictable as early birds at one anothers throats. When the next batch will kick-off is anyones guess. For the most part, beautiful - birdsong, the beauty of life - other times, dissonant and downright disruptive; near comical in its disregard for everything else.
